What happens when you sign in
When you login, you will go through a few important steps designed to strengthen account protection.
- Password Update: you will be asked to reset your password. Please choose a new password that is different from your previous one.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): after updating your password, a one-time code will be sent to your registered email. You will need this code to complete your login.
Additional security features coming next
We are also preparing more security tools, including:
- SMS-based 2FA
- Authenticator App support
- Internal mail service
- Username service
Please remember that official Sovran system emails will display your personalized anti-phishing code. If the code shown in the email does not match the code in your Sovran account settings, you should treat that email as fraudulent.
